The little voice
This session will provide a snapshot of what motivates us to act in many aspects of our life as well as what blocks us in our progress.
It will emphasize the presence of the little voice within us which sometimes slows us down in reaching our goals. The participants will get to listen to their little voice, acquire tools to deal with this obstacle and act in spite of fear doubt and worry in pursuing their goals.
Finally, the participants will practice the power of using the present moment in contrast with the habits associated to living in the past and anticipating the future.
Don't take it Personally
We give huge value to what people think of us. This affects how we act, what we say and sometimes what we do. Living our lives without having to worry about the opinion of others (whether good or bad) is a way of being that allows us to show up and BE who we need to be in order to DO what we need to do so we can HAVE what we wish for in life.
This session will examine our awareness of this way and explore some Tools for living our lives free of the opinion of others.
Setting and achieving your goals
Many people don't get what they want out of life because they are not 100% clear what they want and more importantly...why!!!!
This session will allow you to take a look at all aspects of your life and using some elements of focus, give you the answer to the question "If I could change one part of my life and make it awesome...what would that be?"
Then you will discover simple tools to make results happen.
